Is Friedum™ free to use?
Yes — Friedum™ is completely free for buyers and renters. Sellers and landlords can list their properties at no cost. Professionals pay a flat monthly fee to be listed in our directory.
How is Friedum™ different from other real estate platforms?
Friedum™ removes the agent from the transaction entirely. You communicate directly with buyers, sellers, and landlords — with no commission owed to anyone in the middle. You save up to 6% in agent commissions on every deal.
Buying & Renting
How do I message a property owner?
On any listing page, click the 'Message Owner' button. You'll be connected directly with the listing owner — no agent, no intake form, no waiting for a callback.
How do I filter by lease length?
On the Rent page, use the lease term filter to select Short Term (1–3 months), Mid Term (4–11 months), or Long Term (12+ months). Only listings that match your timeline will appear.
What does 'Motivated' mean on a listing?
Sellers and landlords can indicate their motivation level — Motivated, Testing the Market, or No Rush. This tells you how urgently they're looking to close a deal before you reach out.

How do I list my property?
Click 'Seller / Landlord' in the navigation. Fill in your property details, set your price, upload photos, and choose your motivation level. Your listing goes live after verification.
Do I need an agent to sell on Friedum™?
No. Friedum™ is designed for agent-free transactions. You negotiate directly with buyers. If you need legal paperwork or closing support, our licensed professionals are available at flat fees.
Can I list a rental property?
Yes. When creating your listing, select 'Rent' as the listing type and choose your lease term preference. Renters can then filter by lease length to find your property.
Professionals
How do I find an attorney or inspector?
Click 'Professionals' in the navigation. Filter by category, rating, and location to find licensed attorneys, inspectors, contractors, lenders, and more.
How are professionals reviewed?
Every professional on Friedum™ goes through license verification, a background check, and ongoing review monitoring. Profiles are only approved after all checks pass.
How do I apply to be listed as a professional?
Visit the 'List Your Services' page and fill out the application form. A member of our team will review your application and get back to you within 48 hours.
