How It Works

Find How Serious Someone Is

Every listing on Friedum™ comes with a transparency layer — seller and landlord motivation — so you never waste time chasing someone who isn't ready to move.

The Three Motivation Levels

Motivated

This seller or landlord is actively looking to close a deal. They're responsive, priced to move, and ready to negotiate. Ideal if you need to move fast.

Testing Market

They're gauging interest and exploring their options. A serious offer could still move them — but expect a longer timeline and more back-and-forth.

No Rush

They're open to the right offer but aren't in a hurry. Good for patient buyers looking for a deal, but don't expect urgency on their side.

How It Works, Step by Step

01

Seller Sets Their Intent

When a seller or landlord lists a property on Friedum™, they choose one of three motivation levels: Ready to Go, Just Exploring, or No Rush. This is set upfront — before their listing goes live.

02

Motivation Shows on Every Listing

Every property card displays the seller's motivation level as a badge — Motivated, Testing Market, or No Rush. You see it the moment you browse, so you know what you're walking into before you even click.

03

Filter by Motivation Level

Use the Seller Motivation filter on the Buy or Rent page to narrow your search to only the listings that match your timeline. Looking for a fast close? Filter to Motivated only. Just browsing? See everything.

04

Message Directly — No Guessing

Once you find a motivated seller or landlord, message them directly through Friedum™. No agent as a gatekeeper. You know their intent, they know you're serious — the conversation starts on honest footing.

Why This Matters

Traditional real estate hides seller motivation behind agents who have every incentive to keep both sides in the dark. On Friedum™, there's no middleman inflating urgency or downplaying flexibility. You see the truth upfront — and so does the seller about you.
